Low Value Parcels/Board Only Orders
Terms:
Shipped via insured USPS airmail.
No parcel tracking, but tends to move quickly through transit and customs due to size and a value of 22€ or less. Typical transit time is 2-3 weeks. Fulfillment times can range from days to weeks due to component availability. Shipping insurance requires that I wait 45 days for lost international shipments before filing a claim to replace a lost/late parcel. I will not refund or reship late parcels before this time has elapsed. All insurance claims must be made within 90 days of ship date. Customs Fees and Taxes: It is your responsibility to recieve or collect your order, no refunds for unclaimed merchandise. Transit time is estimated, not guaranteed. The customer bears all risk and costs of dealing with local customs authorities. If customs intercepts a package it is not possible to predict how long the package will be delayed. I will not refund or reship an order because of a delay or a package held in customs. Proper Labeling: All parcels have a correct customs declaration form including 'Harmonized System' tariff code, and a copy of the invoice attached to the exterior. All information required by customs for clearance is on the package, but I can provide any other information they ask for upon request. All parts are provided "as-is", with no warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, and with no guarantee of fitness for any purpose, or of merchantability, or of conformance to any specification, published or otherwise. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the parts is with you.
